THE FOLLOWING AWARDS ARE FOR HORSES. THESE MAY BE RIDDEN BY MORE THAN ONE RIDER WHO MUST BE A MEMBER OF EGB, SUBSCRIBE TO THE SE REGION NEWSLETTER AND HAVE HELPED WITH AT LEAST ONE RIDE IN THE REGION.
Bronze 100 -
249 miles 163 - 400kms
Silver 250
– 372 miles 401 – 599 kms
Gold 373 miles + 600kms

Each rosette will bear the name of the horse, total kilometres ridden in that season and the category of award as above.
Awarded on an annual basis to the horse that has successfully completed the highest distance in rides (as per rule 10) for the current season. May be ridden by one or more riders who must be a member of EGB, subscribe to the SE Region newsletter and have helped with at least one ride in the region.
THE FOLLOWING TROPHIES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE HORSE WITH THE MOST POINTS IN EACH CATEGORY.

Open to horses aged 18 years and above as of 1
January of the current season.

Awarded to the champion novice horse/pony
gaining the most points in Graded rides in their first season. Horse not to have completed any affiliated
rides prior to 1 January of the current season.
Must follow slow track as per National rules. May ride maximum
distance of 42km with points limited to ride distance of up to 40km. No
more than 10 rides or 450km.
Open to horses registered with EGB as Intermediate category as of 1 January of the current season and competing for the whole season at Intermediate level, and gaining the most points in rides less than 65km.

CTR Trophy
Pleasure Ride Trophy
This is the only trophy for which pleasure ride
classes will count. This is also open to
non-EGB members who are subscribers to the SE Regional Newsletter or full EGB
members competing in EGB Pleasure Ride classes.
Training Rides will also count for this trophy. Horses do not have to be registered with EGB
but you must apply for a SE Regional Trophy Card.

Horses must be registered with the AHS and a photocopy
of the AHS Registration Certificate must be sent to the Trophy Secretary with
the registration form. NB. Copies are

Pure Bred, Part Bred
and Anglo
Clearly indicate which category your horse is on the
registration form. Please send a copy of
the breed certificate with the registration form. NB. Copies are not kept from previous
years.

For
horses/ponies registered with a breed society but not AHS or Native. A copy of the breed society registration
certificate must be sent in with the registration form. NB. Copies are not kept from previous years.

is open to all horses and ponies that are not registered with any breed
society.

These
are based on points but the rider may have ridden one or more horses. If you have ridden other horses for which you
are not sending in the regional registration card and the end of the season,
please advise details of the horses concerned.
Points will only count from horses you have ridden who are SE based
horses and have been registered to take part in the SE regional awards scheme.

different nominated riders to form a team.
One rider only can count rides up to and including 42km and the other
two riders count all kms. Nominations
for this must be received by 31st March of the current year. There will be a bottle of bubbly awarded to
each member of the team with the best name!
ER Crew Award – The George

be awarded to the crew of the winning ER horse and rider of the current season.
Crew Award
This
is open to all SE Region riders to nominate your hard working crews for an
award (crew members do not need to be a member of either EGB or SE
group). All nominees will get a mention, a thank-you
and a Crew Rosette at the awards ceremony.
Send your nominations to the Trophy Secretary (maximum 2 crew members
per rider) and tell us why your crew are the best! The winning crew will take home the Crewing
Trophy for a year.
