When you open this PDF file, if you want to see 2 pages at once (like you would if you were reading a printed copy), then save the file to your computer. Then open it using a program like Adobe Reader, and go to the View menu and you will hopefully see some different ways to view the document.
I choose View->Page Display->Show Cover Page During Two-Up
Then choose View->Page Display->Two-Up
So that I can see the double-page-spreads when I’m reading it.
