Endurance riding
Endurance - or long distance - riding is a friendly sport which can be enjoyed at any level, from non competitive training rides of 10 miles or so, up to competitive rides of 100 miles in a day. Any horse or pony that is fit, healthy and sound can successfully take part in shorter rides without specialist training or equipment – why not come along and give it a go?. Take a look at the Getting started section of this website for general tips, and when you are ready, enter one of the South East Group’s rides. Do please look at our Associate Membership Scheme too.
